Jim has over 20 years of successful partnering with senior management in providing extensive strategic and hands-on expertise developing HR systems and processes that support company business objectives and strategic initiatives.

In addition to being a principal faculty member for the Extended Education HR and Management Certificate Programs at California State University Dominguez Hills since 1996, Jim has held senior HR positions for Fishking Processors, Inc., Farmer Brothers Company, and American Specialty Health. He is an expert in employee and labor relations, training and development and compensation and benefits.

Jim holds a B.S degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and has completed extensive graduate work at Chapman University.
